Cayuga Cottage (twin of nearby Seneca Cottage) is an English style brick built cottage on 3 acres overlooking Seneca Lake. It has over 1400 sq ft of living area, 3 bedrooms (1 king room, 1 queen room with 1 twin, 1 full room with 2 twin beds), fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a basement with washing machine, dryer, a log effect gas fire, central air conditioning / heating throughout, hardwood floors, Smart TV and wi-fi access. Convenient location, just minutes from Hobart & William Smith College, National Parks, Belhurst Castle, Geneva on the Lake, Geneva Farmer's Market, Geneva Country Club and the Finger Lake Wine & Beer Trails. 25 Minutes from del Lago Casino, Premium Outlets, Women’s Rights National Historical Park. 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €215 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 5 days after departure

*Daily Rates accommodates a max occupancy of 9 Guests.
Pet Fee $40/Night, per pet with a $100 Refundable Deposit. Mandatory pet clean up required for refund of deposit.

Peaceful and Comfortable Cottage Experience
We had such an incredible experience during our Stay. I am confident that any stay in any of the Bella vista cottages would meet all of your needs for your stay on seneca lake. Private location with lake views and access to dozens of wineries. The cottage had everything we needed. Looking forward to our next stay.

House was as pictured, clean, grateful For starter items (paper towels, dish soap, etc.). Owners were in contact throughout booking process, recommended shops/activities in the area. Overall had a comfortable stay and good experience
Lovely place
I'm so glad I found Cayuga cottages. It was a very nice area and the view was great. My family stayed here with our little dog to visit my daughter for her upcoming wedding, so we might be back in October .
A cozy getaway
This is our 3rd stay in Cayuga cottage. We never get tired of the beautiful view and the fabulous wineries in the area. We are grateful that dogs are allowed as we travel with our 2 large dogs.
Couple
This was my first visit to the finger lakes. We absolutely loved staying at the Bella cottage. The place was clean and cozy. The views were breathtaking. The location was private, quiet and close to the downtown area. Amy was very accommodating with an early check in and late checkout. She was quick to answer all my questions. we would definitely stay here again. My dog loved her little getaway too. We will definitely be back!
Cozy cottage, gorgeous view
This is our second year staying in Cayuga Cottage. We just love it here. The view is beautiful with breathtaking sunrises. Everything you need in the way of dishes and utensils is provided. We plan to return next year.
Super comfortable
We rented the cottage for a small group of filmmakers . When we arrived in the early morning hours, we were pleasantly surprised with the snacks that were left out and how comfortable the beds were. Great communication.. allowed us an extra hour for check out because of our late night of filming.. highly recommended!
Cayuga cottage review
Cottage was in a good location, with a great view of The lake. It was clean and well kept. There is a nice firepit and a bundle of wood was provided. There are a number of wineries close by and downtown Geneva has a nice vibe. Owners where very responsive to any questions. Would stay again
Amazing!
The property exceeded all expectations. We had many activities in the city but ended up staying on property during the day because the sights on the property were breathtaking. Definitely plan on returning!
